Poster and Technical Presentations Competition
The Student Poster Competition and Student Technical Presentation Competition are opportunities for undergraduate students to present their research. In either a poster or a presentation, students from participating schools can show the research they've conducted during their undergraduate degrees. While doing this, they also have opportunities to win some prizes!

Student Posters Competition Guidelines
- Each entry must be an undergraduate student and a member of one of the participating student chapters. Others may present, but cannot be considered for the top prize.
- There is no limit of research posters that can be submitted from each university.
- Multiple judges can review each poster. Be prepared to be marked by different groups as they enter your breakout room.
- All competitors must come prepared with a 1-page PDF version of their poster. To keep the competition fair, all posters must be presented in a 1-page PDF format.
- Competitors should prepare a very short, succinct presentation(2-3 minutes in length) to present when new judges and/or spectators join their breakout room.
- While presenting, competitors are strongly encouraged to be on camera. There are nonverbal aspects of the judging rubric that judges can only give points for if students have their cameras on during the presentation. Ensure you have a good internet connection to do this!
- While presenting, competitors must share their PDF poster on screen. Presenters can zoom in on the different parts of their poster as they address them during their presentation.
- Top 3 winners will be announced at the Closing Ceremonies event at the end of the conference
